Favorite Union Bear Beer -  Oktoberfest.  It’s light and fresh with just enough body and malt flavor to keep the pallet interested.

What was the first concert you attended - The Oakridge Boys with my grandad in the early 80’s.  

My go-to pizza build - Ground beef, mushroom, onion, and black olives

What are you going to be doing 10 years from this moment? - Managing the greatest brewery in Texas that is UB!

Favorite Union Bear Beer - German Pilsner - I generally flock to Pilsners as they are light, crisp and refreshing. I can drink them year-round as a nice go to. 

If you were stuck on a deserted island and you could only bring three things, what would they be? - A satellite phone loaded with every app and survival guides, an indestructible multi-tool, and a solar powered mini home

What is your favorite line from a movie? - “The saddest thing in life is wasted talent, and the choices that you make will shape your life forever.” 

Favorite Union Bear Beer - Without a doubt No Coast IPA. It is just so balanced that you can’t beat it in my opinion. 

If you could give your 18 year old self advice what would you say? - Don’t stress out like you did. Work hard and do what makes you happy. It’ll all work out in the end!!

What condiment can you not live without? - This is going to sound ridiculous but a good Honey Mustard.
